Employee Assistance Services of Southwest Florida (EAS) is a full service employee assistance program providing local businesses with confidential employee counseling and early identification of personal issues that may be affecting an employee’s job performance. EAS provides a complete package of family-centered prevention, intervention and counseling services for employees, supplemented by a full range of consultation and training services for employers on a variety of mental health and substance abuse topics. With an integrated focus on both the employer and the employee, EAS offers solutions that bring maximum returns on investments in worker health, wellbeing and productivity.
